WARNING: Avoid exposing all footwear products to direct sunlight or extreme heat for a long time to prevent it from damage.
For best results, we suggest cleaning your shoes with a soft cloth or toothbrush, warm water and soap. If your sandal comes with an accessory please remove it before cleaning and do not expose it to water. Do not leave your sandal in direct sunlight for long hours as it can shrink in size. If you are on the beach make sure it is in a shaded area. Wear your sandal comfortably around water if you remove the accessory.
How to Care for Your New CUBS Leather Bag?
Do not wash the leather bag or expose it to direct sunlight for long intervals as it can harm the leather. Do not store it next to rough surfaces or throw it on the ground as it can scratch the leather.

- All our Bags come with a three year limited warranty.
- CUBS engineers quality, durability, and reliable products. So, if your pack ever breaks down, simply return it to our warranty center. We'll fix it or if we can't, we'll replace it. *Please note, warranty turnaround time is currently 4 weeks.
- Starting 2019 all our bags are made of world renowned famous SBS zipper that has been thoroughly tested. Pls click here for videos of zipper testing.

How to Start a Warranty Claim?
Simply fill out our Warranty Return Form below. Once the warranty claim form is filled out and sent to us except a call within 3 business days to verify the issue and explain the process to you in person. Our customer service rep will arrange courier pick up of your defected bag. Products repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped back to you free of charge. You are also welcome to drop it in person at our warehouse/showroom in New Cairo.
