All CUBS bags – lifetime warranty on zippers
We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all zippers in all our products. Regardless of the type of bag, if a zipper fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it for life.
Warranty coverage according to product type:
Applies to select premium-grade bags. Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship throughout the product's lifespan, including structural stitching, broken zippers, and metal part failures under normal use.
Applies to our standard collection of everyday bags, pouches, and makeup sets. Covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for two years from the purchase date.
This warranty applies to limited-edition products and bags made of insulating fabric (such as cooler bags and thermal lunch bags). It covers manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
*Repairs to the insulating (thermal) part are subject to a service fee.
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, problems with zippers, stitching, belts and metal parts not caused by misuse, lifetime zipper repairs for all products.
Damage resulting from regular use, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect, incorrect washing or cleaning methods, and unauthorized repairs or modifications.
